1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Motiv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

To use Motiv, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a valid payment method
• Agree to our community guidelines

3. For Renters

When you book a vehicle, you agree to:

• Use the vehicle responsibly and legally
• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition
• Report any damage or issues immediately
• Not smoke in vehicles or transport illegal substances
• Not sublease or let unauthorized drivers operate the vehicle

4. For Hosts

When you list a vehicle, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Maintain the vehicle in safe, working condition
• Have valid insurance and registration
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Honor confirmed bookings

5. Fees

Motiv charges a 5% service fee on all bookings. This fee is automatically calculated and shown at checkout. Hosts receive the rental amount minus the service fee.

6. Cancellations

Renters may cancel pending bookings at no charge. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation policies apply. Contact support for assistance with cancellations.

7. Liability

Motiv is a platform connecting vehicle owners and renters. We are not responsible for the condition of vehicles or the actions of users. All transactions are between the host and renter.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Motiv after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
